Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfullfat milk
  2. 3 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tspcurd
  4. 1 tsp strawberry pulp
  5. 1 tsprose syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk. Add sugar and further cook till sugar dissolves. Turn off the gas.

  2. 2

    Add strawberry pulp, curd and rose syrup. Give it a nice stir.

  3. 3

    Let it set in warm place for 3-4hrs.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled with strawberry slices.
