In a bowl, mix potato, salt, black pepper, chaat masala, Kasturi methi, corriender, chilli flakes, oregano, onion, red chilli powder and chopped green chilies. Make a nice mixture of it.

Take a piece of bread, dip in water and squeeze it between your palms gently to remove excess water.

Put the potato filling in the center of the bread. Take a small cube of cheese and stuff it between the filling.

Roll the filled breads in round shapes and seal the edges so that the filling doesn’t come out.

Lastly fry the bread potato balls in hot oil until golden brown and crispy from the outside.

Garnish with cheese spread, chilli flakes, oregano and some tomato ketchup.
