A traditional bengali dish made up of chenna. A healthy sweet with a perfect blend of flavours.
Steps

Boil 1 lt milk and switch of the flame.add vinegar and mix slowly. It be curdled.

Boil another 1 lt milk in a big saucepan add milk powder and boil till little thick.

Strain out the water and wash chenna properly to avoid sourness and crumble with hands.

Add dry nuts, rose petals and condensed milk to the boiling milk.add cardamom powder andsugar.switch off the gas. Leave for 10 minute.

Add crumble chenna to the milk and mix well.add assence. keep it in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Serve chill.
