Protein rich palak dosa with the combination of spicy ginger chutney which is ideal to start your day with an healthy breakfast.

To prepare Palak Dosa batter.

Take a mixer jar. Add washed and chopped spinach leaves. Add soaked green gram and rice. Add ginger, green chillies, jeera and salt as per taste. Blend to make a fine paste. Add water to get the batter consistency. Take a pan. Spread the dosa batter. Spread oil on top. Allow to cook and delicious, healthy, protein rich Palak dosa is ready to serve.

To prepare Ginger chutney

Take a pan. Add oil. Heat it in low flame. Add Chana dal, urad dal, mustard, methi and fry well in low flame. Now add red chillies, curry leaves, ginger, fry in low flame. Now transfer to mixer jar to cool. Add jaggery and salt as per taste. Blend well to obtain a smooth paste. Ginger chutney ready to serve!!!
