#indiankitchen
Unnakaya is a traditional sweet dessert of Malabar. This is very easy to make and made out of steam cooked ripe bananas with a stuffing of grated coconut. Many people also add eggs along with coconut in the stuffing but I prefer veg form of it. This is so delicious in taste and a popular evening snacks in Malabar. This is also made in weddings or in any festivals in Malabar.
