Ingredients

3 servings
  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • 3 TSPmethi powder
  • 1/2 TSPturmeric powder
  • 1/2 TSPchilli powder
  • 1 TSPsalt
  • as requiredWater
  • 1 TSPGaram masala
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1 TSPgarlic ginger paste
  • 3 TSPoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut all veggies and take a pan add oil and then add chopped onion and saute it

  2. 2

    Then add tomato and mix and cook it in medium flame

  3. 3

    Then add all masalas and mix and cook for 10 minutes and after that sprinkle methi powder and coriander leaves chopped and salt as required
