Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsbhindi
  2. 1/1 cupmustard oil
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  5. 2bay leaf's
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tspchilli powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspcurry masala powder
  10. For posto paste::3tsp Poppy seeds
  11. 3 tspdahi
  12. 2red chilli
  13. 2 tspfried garam dal

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a cadai put Poppy seeds fri as turn colour,t transfer to the blender add chana dal,red chilli,dahi

    Make fine paste,hai eat cadai pour oil add mustard seeds,bay leaf once it's splutter add bhindi

    Add salt close lid bhindi should cook completely then add blended posto puri

    Add salt,chilli powder cumin,curry masala powder keep boil once bhindi binds flavour turn of serve into a plate...best combination rice,roti,parata any thing ready to serve
