A vegetarian meal that can be made vegan by using tofu instead of cheese.

Boil the hibiscus flowers and strain out the liquid to make hibiscus water. Then sauté the hibiscus in a little oil with salt and cayenne pepper.

Fry the tortillas and fill them with both cheeses and the hibiscus mixture. Fold and secure with toothpicks.

Bake in the oven until crispy and golden.

Chop onion, lettuce, tomato, and avocado to add to the tacos.

Done! Add your favorite salsa and sour cream.
