Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, Asafoetida and cloves. Mix this well. Add cut tomatoes, chopped ginger and green chillies. Mix well and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well. Cook 2 mins.

Add little water. Allow the tomatoes to cook well. Cover the lid. Once the tomatoes cooked add sugar and jaggery and cook it till the jaggery and sugar melts.

Now add mango powder and garam masala mix well and cook few seconds.Now Turns off the flame.

Tasty and delicious tomatoes launji is ready to serve with chappati.
