Take a wide plate add all the dry ingredients add little water to make a smooth paste
Now cut the brinjal into slices apply the paste nicely and keep aside - 2
Heat the pan add oil about 2 tbsp when oil is hot add the coated brinjal fry until golden color on a low flam do same other rest of the brinjal switch off the flame

Serve with sambar rice rasam or with curd rice it is very simple recipe thank you happy cooking
