Add yeast, sugar, and water to a mixer or a food processor. Let sit 5-10 minutes.

Add oil, salt, and flour. Mix together using dough hook or low setting on food processor.

Add flour or water as needed until dough comes together.

Let rise in a oiled bowl.

Use anyway you like! Flaten out and add toppings, cook at 400 for pizza.

Boil 6 cups of water with 1/4 cup baking soda. Boil pretzel shaped dough pieces for 1 minute on each side. Egg wash and salt. Place in 400 degree oven for pretzels.
