In a bowl add koya maids sugar and baking powder mix wit hot water make a smooth dough using damp towel cover for 10mins, make small balls out of d dough, keep aside.

In a pot add 1 cup of water and sugar along wit lemon and safroon,

Fry jamoon balls immediately you removed it from the oil strain and add it into d boiling syrup, remove from flame and keep the jamuun to absorbed syrup.
