Steps

Take flour and semolina in a big bowl.add 1/4 cup ghee and mix well. Now add sufficient milk and knead into a stiff dough.

Now dough is ready. Divide the dough into equal portions and press between the plam. Heat ghee in a pan

Deep fry the prepared portion in medium hot ghee till golden brown. Keep the fried portions till they cool down.

Now break the fried portions, put in the grinder and grind. Transfer in a another bowl.

Now add sugar,2 tbls ghee, almonds, and cardamom powder to the ground mixture and mix well with hands.

Now Churma is ready to serve.
