Ingredients

  1. 2cksp palmoil
  2. Salt
  3. 4 cupsukwa
  4. 3fresh pepper
  5. 1 cubemaggi
  6. Halfteaspoon potash

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and pour ukwa in a sizeable pot

  2. 2

    Cook for like 45mins,as it is boiling add in the potash

  3. 3

    After the 45 mins sieve out the water,add Maggi,palmoil, salt, and the blended pepper to the already boiled ukwa and mix very well

  4. 4

    Wash the butter leaf very well with warm water and salt to remove the bitter taste

  5. 5

    Then add bitter leaf.cook for 2 mins.Food is ready
