Steps

Take a puffed rice, sev, papadi and peanuts in a large mixing bowl.

Add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves and grated carrot and sprouts.

Add red chilli powder, chat masala and salt to it.

Now add tamarind chutney and green coriander chutney to it. Mix all ingredients well.

Bhel Puri is ready. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
