Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice and salt. Whisk in the maple syrup, to taste. Then whisk in the water, 1 tbsp at a time, until it reaches the consistency you like. Keep in mind that once stored, it will thicken up a bit.

That's it! You can use it right away or store it in an airtight jar or container. If you're going to use it within a few days, you can leave it out. Otherwise refrigerate it.

Coffee creamer that you bring home, but don't use: It's troublesome to refuse it when offered, but then again it's a waste to throw away. So I decided to use it in a dressing.Alternative name for this recipe: "Sesame Dressing (For Ku-chan)"My son loves this dressing. It's convenient if you use coffee creamer which holds 5 ml in each container. It tastes even better if you lightly toast the sesame seeds before grinding.Mix the dressing every time before use. This is a make-ahead, keep in stock version of the dressing used in, Cabbage and Corn Salad. I got a request for a bigger amount version, so here it is.You can keep this in the refrigerator for about a week. Please use it up within that time if possible.I was able to keep it without it splitting for more than a week. (I just kept it in an ordinary container covered with plastic wrap.) For 2 servings x 5 times (10 servings). Recipe by Kokoa77 cookpad.japan -

Years ago I made Chinese chicken salad, with this dressing, for my best friend Danny. He flipped for it. For years he wouldn't let me share the recipe with anyone, calling it our "secret sauce," with big dreams of bottling & selling it and getting rich. LOL. Another friend I served it to actually licked her plate when she was done eating the salad! And I've caught a few people slamming shots of this dressing. I kid you not -- it's that good! Tangerine Garlic Mustard Salad dressing Tangerine Garlic Mustard Salad dressing
My hubby and I love to eat salads. But I never keep any salad dressing from the store. Firstly, I don’t use salad dressing from the store. Secondly, it’s too oily and also not really in my taste. Even we go eat out, whenever I order salad, the salad dressing will always on the side, and I will never pour or use it on my salad. So the question is, what usually I use to dress up my homemade salads at home? Usually I just simply using squeezing lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Or sometimes I am using balsamic vinegar, or I made my own salad dressing. Today I am going to share my favorite citrus salad dressing using tangerines juice. And here is the recipe. Nia Hiura -
Salad Dressing Salad Dressing
Use this sauce when it's hot outside for salads or cold shabu shabu. When you make this with regular winter-stored onions, let it rest for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator after making it. This will soften the flavors and make the dressing tastier.I recommend making this when sweet onions are in season. Please see, Japonaise Sauce For Steak and Hamburgers. For about 300 ml.
