Take a bunch of jute leaves. Wash and drain them carefully.

Chop the leaves into fine pieces. Also chop the green chillis accordingly.

Put the leaves into a bowl. Add salt and sugar with the leaves and set the container aside for 15 minutes.

Since we have added salt and sugar with the jute leaves after 15 minutes that will release water and will soften.

Now add all the ingredients accordingly with the chopped jute leaves except oil and mix well into a tight dough.

Pour oil into a pan and heat it. Make small balls out of the dough and fry them carefully until they are done.

Serve as appetizer during lunch.
