Bar boil your rice wash it and set aside. Put water in a pot and place over a heat, when the water boil add salt and pour the washed rice. Cover it and allow it to cook. When it's done and the water has dried up. Bring it down.

While the rice is cooking, boil the fish, chop the onions and tomatoes, blend the pepper, wash and slice the spinach. Set aside

Place a dry pot over a heat, add palm oil let it heat up (do not bleach) add the finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and blended pepper. Fry very well then add salt and seasoning.

Add the boiled fish and cover it for few minutes in order for the fish to have the taste of the sauce.

Add the sliced spinach and allow the vegetable to steam.

You can serve with whitenricebor boiled yam.
