Steps

Wash tomatoes and mark cut on top of it before cooking.

Cook tomatoes without water and cover it. The cuts will help to remove skin.

Peel garlic cloves and add in tomatoes and cook.

Add salt, kuti lal mirch, vinegar, sugar, olive oil and onion powder.

Cook till tomatoes become soft and all water dries.

Let it cool and the blend it.

Sterlise glass jar and pour sauce in the jar.

You can refrigerate for 2 weeks.

It can be use in lasagne, pizzaz, and you can create so many varieties with this sauce.
