  3. 1Red Pepper
  4. 1shredded Carrot
  5. Ground Black Pepper
  6. Salt
  7. Thyme
  8. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Drain Chick peas and rinse

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper to frying pan

  3. 3

    Fry chick peas on low heat

  4. 4

    Dice cucumber and red peppers

  5. 5

    Shred carrots

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl

  7. 7

    Drizzle olive oil and mix

  8. 8

    Add salt and/or black pepper to taste
