  • 10.5 OzCan of chickpeas, drained
  • 2medium tomatoes, diced
  • 3/4 cupGreen Bell Peppers, diced
  • 3/4 cupCilantrillo, chopped
  • 3/4cup, Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
  • DashVinegar,
  • to tasteSalt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cupRed Onion, chopped
