  • Fresh pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Seasoning

  1. 1

    Peel,slice and wash yam. Put in the pot and add all ingredients except for fish

  2. 2

    When it is soft break gently with wooden spatula. Add your smoke fish,stir and Leave to simmer and turn off heat
