In a deep frying pan, heat 2 cups of vegetable oil and fry the potato cubes until the turn golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a kitchen absorbent paper.

In a pan, fry the garlic and coriander with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, for 5 min.

Add the potato cubes, hot pepper powder and salt. Mix well and leave for 3 more minutes over low heat.

Place the potato cubes in a serving dish. Pour the lemon juice over them and mix again before serving.
