Another simple way of using tofu. If not told,you will swear it's egusi.

Parboil rice and strain.rinse properly and then place back into the pot and cook again.set aside.

Add stew in a pot. Place on heat. Add the scattered tofu and cook for 15mins. Add the leaves and groundnuts and cook for 7mins. Add the crayfish and stir. When oil is visible your stew is ready. Enjoy!
