I love taking beans with chapoo since they are best proteins ever. So yummy when cooked with coconut milk though I only used carrots here .

I love taking beans with chapoo since they are best proteins ever. So yummy when cooked with coconut milk though I only used carrots here .
Steps

Cook the beans for 1 hour till to become soft.

Chop the onions,tomatoes coriander,in a dry sufuria add a little oil and fry the onions to brown. Add the capsicum also and fry for a while.

Then add the tomatoes,carrots and coriander,followed by a little salt and fry till they form a thick soup. Add the boiled beans and stir to mix well. Leave it to cook for five minutes and serve. Enjoy with chapati or ugali
