After making ghee, there is a leftover malai mava. Here I used that to make barfi. It's delicious in taste.

Steps
- 1
In a pan take leftover malai mava, roast for while.
- 2
Now add suar, mix well. Cook it at low flame, so that sugar can melt.
- 3
As sugar melt, add cashew nut powder, mix well. Cook for 1min at low flame. Now add cardamom and nut mug powder. Mix it. Off the flame.
- 4
Remove in a tray and set it. Now spread melon seeds and chopped almonds. Keep aside to set it down.
