Steps

Firstly soak the soyabean in salty hot water for 20 mins. After that put the soyabean aside for cooling down.

After cooling down grind the soyabean in mixer.

Now heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and chopped green chilli cook for 5 mins. Now add ginger garlic paste mix well and cook for 7 mins.

Add chopped tomato and green peas mix well.after 5 mins add all masala powder, salt and grinded soyabean mix all ingredients well. Cook for 15 mins in low flame.

Lastly add fresh chopped coriander leaves and soyabean bhurji is ready to serve. Serve it with roti,chapati,paratha.
