Ingredients

  • 2 cupssoaked and boiled soya chunks
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli
  • 1 tbspnutri masala
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 6kulchas
  • SomeCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Put chopped onions and saute till brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add chopped green chillies

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes

  6. 6

    Cook till the masala is done properly

  7. 7

    Season with salt,red chilli and nutri masala

  8. 8

    Add boil soya chunks

  9. 9

    Mix in masala

  10. 10

    Add 1 cup water

  11. 11

    Cover and cook on simmer

  12. 12

    After 5 minutes remove the lid

  13. 13

    Add butter and chopped cotiander leaves

  14. 14

    Serve with kulachas
