  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • cubesKnorr
  • Curry
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • fried goatmeat
  • Vegetable oil
  • Meatstock
  • plantain

Steps

60minutes
  1. 1

    Parboil the rice and set aside. Fry the boiled pepper and tomatoes and onions in veg oil,add salt,curry,knorr cubes

  2. 2

    Add meatstock and seasoning. Then add the parboiled rice and stir then cover it to cook

  3. 3

    When the rice is almost done, add the green peas and carrot and cook for water to dry.slice and fry the plantain in veg oil
