This is an healthy ayurvedic Pulav. It's consumed in winter. Fenugreek seeds are rich sauce of minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. It has soluble fiber which helps lower cholesterol. They are excellent in controlling sugar in the body.

Steps

Chop onion. Wash methi sprouts. Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.

In a pan add ghee. Along with cumin add all whole spices. Add onion and saute until pink. Add sprouts. Saute for a minute.

Add green chilli. Add rice and saute it. Add 1.5 cups of water. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook it until done on slow medium flame.

Roast peanuts. Remove skin. Serve this healthy ayurvedic Pulav with roasted crushed peanuts..
