  1. 250 gmsladyfinger (bhindi)
  2. 2 cupsWhisked Curd
  3. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. SomeOil for deep frying
  7. 1/2 tspRed chilli poweder
  8. For garnishing chopped green coriander

    Cut into small pieces
