Steps

Collect all ingredients. Take a handi or cooker add 6 cup of water, in a water add ¼ tsp turmeric powder,

¼ tsp salt,1tbsp oil and wait for boiling.

After boiling add 1 cup soaked basmati rice, cook well.

Strain the water,rice is well cooked and separated. Now take a dip tawa or handi add 1tbsp butter for melt not burn,½ tsp oil.

Add chopped onion and stire well. When onion turn into golden brown in colour now add ginger-garlic paste, mix it well after that add all vegetables,chopped tomato and mix it.

When all vegetables are cooked well add 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala ¼ tsp red chilli powder and salt. Stire til oil is separated.

Add cooked rice mix it. Add ¼ tsp pav bhaji masala over to rice and salt acc to taste.add ½ tsp lemon juice. Now tawa pulao is ready.

Serve hot tawa pulao garnished with coriander and curry leaves.
