Coconut Chinchin

I made this chinchin specially for my mother in law . She can eat chinchin all day and for this I am her favorite daughter in law 😍. This chinchin is unique because of the flavor and the coconut milk in it . I am sure she will be over the moon with joy . iginally this treat was prepared only for special occasions throughout West Africa and Nigeria, but now it is sold there in supermarkets and on street corners.

Assemble all ingredients

In a clean bowl add in flour,nutmeg,salt,baking powder.mix to look like b crumbs

Add in liquids. Coconut milk, evaporated milk and mix to incorporate
- 4
Add egg and make sure everything is in corporated well.

On a clean surface, spread dough and cut into desired shape.

Put pan on heat till vegetable oil is hot taste oil with a slice of onions. When d onions start to get brown you know your oil is hot enough to fry your chinchin. Fry in oil till golden brown.

Serve with chilled I mean very chilled n refreshing drink.😋😋
