Ingredients

  1. 2large catfish
  2. Onion bulb
  3. Black pepper,ginger,garlic (make a paste)
  4. Hot and spicy sauce
  5. Little amount of water
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and wash fish thoroughly

    Spicy sauce (blend scotch bonnet with onion,ginger and some garlic,fry it with little amount of oil under low heat.)

    Arrange fish on a pot,add sliced onion, add hot sauce,add more ginger and garlic,salt,Seasoning and water.set on fire and cook for 10_15mins.
