Fried yam is Bae... this was inspired by a Sister talking about doing something different and interesting.

Peel and cut yam into thin slices.

Put in a bowl, add in curry powder and spice. Mix very well, allow rest for 5mins.

Put pan of oil on fire and allow heat up.

Put in yam a few at a time and allow to fry till tender and golden.
- 5
Pack yam out of oil and place in strainer to drain out oil. Serve with whatever desired sauce.
