Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsdiced mango
  2. 1/2 cupfinely diced red onion
  3. 1/3 cupgolden raisins
  4. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  5. 5 tbspfinely minced garlic
  6. 3 tbspfinely minced ginger
  7. 3 tbspwhite vinegar
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/8 tspred pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingrediants in a saucepan. Set over medium-low heat & cook, cover for 30minutes. Store in a sealed container.
