  • Achi(thickner)
  • leavesUziza
  • Pepper
  • Crayfish
  • Salt
  • cubesMaggi
  • Palmoil
  • headStockfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook stockfish head and beef.

  2. 2

    Add two cups of water and palmoil as is boiling add the achi(grinded) let it boil next is pepper,crayfish,maggi cubes and salt

  3. 3

    After some minutes remove the uziza leaves from the stalks rinse and cut pour in the soup.
