  1. Kidney
  2. Green pepper
  3. Green beans
  4. Onions
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Oregano
  8. Seasoning
  9. Salt
  10. Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash kidney, add onions, oregano, salt, ginger, garlic and cook for 10mnts

  2. 2

    In a pot add little oil, green pepper, green beans, grinded scotch bonnet and fry

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and the kidney and allow to cook for few minutes

  4. 4
