1small white onion, 2 tblsp finely diced
1 lbtomatoes, diced
2serano peppers, finely diced
1 bunchcilantro, 2 tblspn chopped
1 Tbsplime juice
1 tspsugar
1 tspsalt

Place onion in a strainer, rinse with hot water, and drain.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.
