Ingredients

  1. 500 gomena
  2. 1medium sized green pepper
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 50 gcooking oil
  5. 1onion
  6. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Put the omena in a boiling water for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Drain the water and refresh

  3. 3

    Cut the onion and stir fry in a saucepan until they brown

  4. 4

    Then put the tomatoes and cover for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Stir well and put the omena continue stirring

  6. 6

    Add some water to prevent it from drying and cover for 2-3 minutes

  7. 7

    Add the green pepper,season and cover for 2mins then serve
