KHANDVI (stuffed with beetroot and coconut)

Strain besan, curd and water together. Then add haldi and lemon juice to it.

Now place the pan on gas and stir it continuously till it leaves the pan.

Now take a flat plate for oil and grease a flat surface and spread the Khandvi on it.

Now Sprinkle the grated coconut and beetroot all over the khandvi.

And cut the Khandvi into long strips and roll them gently.

FOR SYRUP:-Add oil,water, Rai,lemon juice, sugar and green chillies to it give it a boil and soak the Khandvi into the sugar for 10 to 15 minutes.
