Ingredients

4 1/4 cupsmilk (1 liter)
1/2 cupCarolina rice (about 100 grams)
1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
2 packetsvanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon for topping

Steps

Place all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium and stir regularly until it thickens.

Divide into small bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, and enjoy warm or cold.
