Arrange the tofu, Vietnamese pork roll, mango, pineapple, cucumber, egg strips, sausage, boiled pork, and fresh herbs on a plate. Separate the rice noodle sheets, add the fillings, and roll them up. Dip in the prepared sauce and enjoy.
