  1. 1/2Bottlegourd (grated)
  2. 2 tbspgram flour
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tbsppanchphoran
  5. to tasteSalt as per taste
  6. 1 cupOnion tomato puree
  7. Little piece of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    For kofta: Mix bottle gourd with gram flour and spices and make oval shape kofta and deep fry it, keep aside.

    Now heat a pan, add 1tbs oil put cinnamon, panchforan and onion tomato paste, accordingly add turmeric and salt when gravy ready, add kofta in it boil for 2 mins and remove form heat serve with roti or paratha
