Roast gramflour on low heat till aroma start.

Grind spinach, ginger garlic and green chilli without adding water.

Mix Palak purée, roasted besan and all other ingredients.Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator, oil hands, take ball sized batter and shape them round.

Deep fry all koftas in high heat.

Heat 1 tbsp oil, add whole garam masala.Add onion, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cumin powder to onion.

Add tomato purée, cashew paste and green coriander leaves.

Serve hot with any flat bread.

Enjoy endlessly.
