Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupbolied finely chopped lotus stem
  • 1 cupgrated Paneer
  • 2Boiled Potatoes grated
  • 2 tablespoonscornflour
  • 1Onion paste
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonkitchen king masala
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoonscream
  • 2 tablespoonsdry fruits
  • 1 tablespoonKasuri Meethi
  • As neededSalt as per taste
  • As neededOil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take bowl put Paneer, lotus stem, potatoes, salt, kitchen king masala and mix it nicely.

  2. 2

    Then make small ball and in center Stuffed almonds and make ball, like this make all balls.

  3. 3

    Now take cornflour roll all balls and deep fry it.

  4. 4

    Now take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin seeds crackle them then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and saute it till oil seprated.

  5. 5

    Then add kitchen king masala, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kasuri Meethi and mix it nicely and saute for 2 minutes then add cream mix it nicely then add 1 cup water and boiled it.

  6. 6

    Now add lotus stem kofta in curry and switch off the flame.

  7. 7

    Enjoy this kofta curry with rice, chappati.
