I've posted this once before but I've made it slightly differently this time using spicy salami and pecorino cheese. It's totally delicious and perfect for Sunday lunch! #italian #potatoes #sundaylunch

I've posted this once before but I've made it slightly differently this time using spicy salami and pecorino cheese. It's totally delicious and perfect for Sunday lunch! #italian #potatoes #sundaylunch

Peel, chop, boil potatoes in salted water. When cooked, mash and leave to cool in a bowl. Prep other ingredients. Chop ham, cheese, salami

Add chopped ingredients to potatoes. Mix well. Add eggs and mix well. Add Parmesan and pecorino. Mix well

Grease a baking tray with oil. Sprinkle breadcrumbs all over. Add mixture

Spread it out evenly. Top with more cheese if you fancy it (I did!) Some breadcrumbs and little knobs of butter. Bake at 180 for about 40-45 mins
