  • 1 bowlmix lentils (chana,urad,arhar,moong)
  • 2 tbsp ginger,garlic
  • 1onion paste
  • 2tomato chopped
  • as neededsalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • as neededoil
  • 1 tspcumin

Steps

    Heat butter,saute ginger,garlic,chilli and add onon,tomato along with all spices

    Add daal and add 3 cups of water,take 3 whistles in low flame,it's ready
