Ingredients

  • 250 gmssmall brinjal
  • 2 tbspcurry powder
  • as requiredsalt
  • as per tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspoil and coriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut brinjal in 4 pieces

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a pan add cumin,add brinjals and all spices mix and cook well till it's soften.
