Just like the humble tomatoe rice from the south here I've made it with quinova with a nice spicy twist. Do try as it's an easy one pot preparation. You'll love to make it anytime. In breakfast, lunch or dinner. Healthy and yummy at the same time.

Just like the humble tomatoe rice from the south here I've made it with quinova with a nice spicy twist. Do try as it's an easy one pot preparation. You'll love to make it anytime. In breakfast, lunch or dinner. Healthy and yummy at the same time.
Steps

Chop the onion,tomatoes and garlic. Keep it ready. Wash the quinoa well. Strain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.Add garlic and saute for few seconds. Next Add onion and saute till transparent.

Now add the chopped tomatoes,spices and salt. Cover and cook till mushy

Add green peas,cardamon seeds and mix well

Next goes in the quinoa. Add water. Pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

Let the pressure cool. Open add some chopped coriander and ghee.

Mix well and serve hot and steamy, tangy and spicy tomatoe quinoa right away.
